Numerous Leaks, never fixed. Be careful

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2006
 
No matter what, whenever it rained, it leaked. The water damaged the rugs, but the management would not replace them. Lousy. Now the buildings are being converted to condos. Not worth the price. Beware buyers.
