If you like scorpions, hearing every footstep and closing of doors/closets of your upstairs neighbors, not being able to drop off a rent check cause they took away the drop box, parking 10 miles away from your door,and being woken up every morning by loud shower pipes, San Mateo is for you. Recent condo conversions, 220k will get you a 1 bedroom. What!
