Daily fear of scorpions and spider bites was enough to make a person crazy. The property has not been maintained for so long that the issues are out of control. Water leaked from neighbors apartments, directly in walls, mold, mildew, odor and terrible ventilation.
Management had no concern for over a year due to the high priced sale to private investors, the rental tenants are just regarded as a nuisance and treatment was horrific.

I am amazed at how unhappy you are here. I love it and it is not infested with rodents and bugs. Sure, I have seen a couple scorpians, but we live in Arizona. The management is very helpful and you are over exaggerating.
