I would stay if I could afford the rent hike...

This has been a nice place to live. One problem, CONSTANT ant infestation. That has been the only disappointment here. Personally, I got used to it. Great grounds, ok fitness room (nothing great), awesome pools, spacious, great price...in July 2003. When our 6 month lease was up in Feb, they hiked up the rent $120!!! Apart from the ant problem that never went away, maintenance was really good.
