This complex has a great location near dining and nightlife. The grounds are well-kept and beautiful. The pool is excellent. We have a problem with a leaking ceiling (Apartment 2021). We first reported it over a year ago. Maintenance keeps saying that they have to wait for it to 'dry'. Any time it rains the ceiling leaks and it is starting to rot. Other than the ceiling issue this is a great place.
