Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
 
Stay away. They are upping our monthly rent by 30% after our lease runs out. And for month to money they want to charge us $2200. Thats over double what we are paying now!!

We also had leaky ceilings 3 seperate times when it rained. Finally was fixed.

For the prices they want to charge, there are much nicer places out there.
