This WAS a Mark Taylor property, and used to be a true luxury rental lifestyle. Now that Camden manages it, the high standards have plummeted. Barking dogs defficate everywhere. Tenant ammenities are NOT kept in repair (BBQs, pool gates, water fountains). Tenants drink alcoholic beverages, smoke pot, and have loud parties at the pools/ramadas late into the night all summer. NO NIGHT SECURITY HERE for last 4 yrs.You have to call Scottsdale police for help. My rent was increased 40% for '06.

I totally agree with this statement. It has turned into a GETTO place. I will be happy when i move out.

I, too, have greatly missed the previous management. We loved it when we first moved in and are now looking to move. Rent too high!

VERY Accurate! Our guests got chlorine burns from the pool water...as San Paloma DOES NOT HAVE a professional pool service. Major water line leaks/breaks are causing tenants to pay the HIGH water bills...NOT CAMDEN!
