has gotten too pricey for the age of property

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
 
We have lost several good neighbors due to the increase in rents. We have enjoyed living here but are looking elsewhere now that they are charging rent equivalent to the newer properties. The inside of these apartments are looking quite old (cabinetry, counters, etc), not worth the price of the rent.
