I was glad I left

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Last year bushes and trees were left to grow wild - hanging low over sidewalks or blocking some of the walkways. They even "spray painted" the grass. Maintenance became increasingly slower at answering requests. Many people did not clean up after their dogs so it was left to just sit in the grass. Felt like it was all about how they could save money by doing less but charging more. Was disappointed after moving in.
