loved my apt but rent increased too high

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
I was thrilled when I moved here in 2002. Apartment was ideal location and the grounds were beautiful. I am moving due to rent increase. Luckily, the place I found also has beautiful landscaping, is quiet, 4 years old, greater living space and greater amenities. The timing of our move is at a very difficult time but the increase is too much for the age of the apartment. I do not regret having lived here and people who visited me, loved my apt and the complex.
