From the viewpoint of a Corporate Relocator, Camden San Paloma is no longer a viable referral property. Excessive maintenance problems, due to Camden's apparent SLUM LORD mentality. We continually hear resident feedback about the lack of diretion/focus within management. There is no security on this property. Grounds are poorly maintained by the cheapest labor possible. This property has lost its once respected reputation for luxurious living. We do business with Mark Taylor properties (which San Paloma used to be!!).
