This apartment is wonderful! The grounds are well kept and the maintenance people are the best. You put in a "work order" and the next day its done! The fixtures are somewhat outdated, such as the kitchen sink faucet, bathroom faucet, but its nothing that can't be dealt with. The complex is quiet and the residents seem very respectful. There is plenty of guest parking. The area has lots to do all within walking distance!
