Some A-hole with 3 big dogs lives in the very North-West Ground-floor apartment and they are always off-leash and are aggressive, not to mention that the whole side of the complex back there (behind the dumpster) smells like dog shiz because the guys lets his dogs off-leash to use the apt grounds as a toilet.
The rest of the complex is a bunch of cheesy, tattoed, 30 thousand dollar millionaire primadonna idiots who are very noisy.
