This place is horrible!!! I can deal with some noise above me-but you will just hear everything-groceries being dropped on the floor after they walk in the door--this means the installation to say the least sucks and your A/C will be on the higher side because the cieling and walls are so transparent.
Don't listen to any employees--they live there with a rent discount for working there and get a paycheck--listen to the resident experienced reviews.
Unacknowledged assigned parking is always a problem and people do get in arguments over it and this gets old after a while esp when your in a hurry, and/or carrying heavy stuff, and you are paying $1180 for this-For $1180 you want your assigned parking going to the office over assigned parking they look at you like you have a problem--
Walking a ways at night and taking someone else's space to lead to an argument is a problem w/ $1180 rent!
