Stay far away from here. My experience started out great until I woke up one Sunday morning to water pouring through my kitchen ceiling. The person in the apartment above me set off her sprinklers. It took 45 minutes and about 30 phone calls to have someone come shut them off. My apartment was declared uninhabitable by the fire marshal and management didn't even bother showing up. They proceeded to be completely unhelpful throughout the ordeal in finding me somewhere to stay. So glad I had rental insurance and they got me out of there and into a wonderful new place far away. Try a Mark Taylor rental instead.
