I lived in San Tropez for two years, and for the most part I enjoyed my time there. It is a fun place to party and the residents are mostly college students. It is also a perfect location! But there are many downsides. The office staff will lie to your face and do whatever possible to get a buck. Luckily for me I documented everything, and gave a notice to vacate 6 months before I actually moved out. (I could tell they pissed they missed an opurtunity to rip me off.) There is absolutely no where to park, no security, and no gate. My car was keyed and broken into. The god damn -------- come by around 8am once a week to blows leaves around the parking lot. Dont expect to ever have any appliances fixed, or help from the maintenance staff, and dont ever let them in your place when your not there. But besides all that, they probably have the best pool scene in the summer. I had fun, but not without many headaches.
