Upscale noisy rowdy college dorm

I figured that since San Tropez was about $300/mo overpriced, that it would attract high level urban professionals and be free of riffraff. When you first see the complex, it looks like a very nice resort.
But beauty is only skin deep. It turns out that the apartment complex is a favorite with ASU students. They share the apartments, 2-4 students per apartment, with mommy and daddy paying for them, and they treat the place like college housing. At least once every single month I was there, my wife and I would be awakened at 1-3 in the morning by screaming stupid selfish inconsiderate drunks. Every weekend morning, the pool would be littered with beer bottles and cans and look like the aftermath of a marti gras party. Or the joy of being awakened at 2am by a string of 10,000 firecrackers blasting away for a full five minutes.
On the plus side, they have fullsize washer and dryer although relocating the HW heater to the storage unit adds considerable lag in bringing hot water to the kitchen. Lots of storage. Very nice architecture.
