i have lived here for a while now, and for the most part it is a pretty chill place. the residents are pretty cool, it does get loud from time to time again, not as bad as last spring, but it is more under control. the dog crap problem and the mailbox litter is annoying but again not as bad as before. my biggest gripe is the office staff and the maintanance staff. i have requested stuff for them to fix and the guys will come into my apartment and they come in and dont do anything or they do a half ass job or it doesnt even get done. i have littlerly watched the office staff put in the job order to get done and would never see anyone. talk about being held accountable. not like the office staff is amazing. i work in customer service and when i see the manager yelling at the leasing staff for something irreleavent infront of me, it makes it awkward. i don't go into the office for that reason alone unless it is a weekend when that trashy manager isn't inthere. my suggestion would be to go in on a weekend and talk to the people there at that time. they are actually nice and you wont get some loud mouth haggard woman being all obnoxious all over the place. i love the place i live, thank god they don't live with me, or that would severly suck.
