Ok, let me preface this by saying I am soooo critical about where I live, so I was really skeptical, and not afraid to use my 30 day trial period. I moved here from Paradise Lakes in North Central Phoenix (which was a complete nightmare). I have to say that I wasn't too sure about this place because of all the rowdy college kids that live here, 'cause I have to have it quiet when I sleep, but I live on the "quiet" side, and I LOVE it!!! It is truly paradise. The grounds are immaculate, apartments are very spacious, the staff is very friendly, and will do what it takes to get the job done, and for once in my life, I'm actually happy with where I live! I love that I can't hear my neighbors!!! If I could buy my apartment as a condo, I would. People are friendly, and know how to have a good time. Though I wouldn't recommend it for families, or people looking for a completely quiet complex, if you're in your 20s-30s, you'll absolutely love it here! Also, I have to say that Kristen and Nick in the front office are so amazingly accommodating. Such a pleasant change, and somewhere I'm glad to call home :)
