I sometimes wonder if the people that work for Equity Apartments go on here and write reviews.

i will say this.
if you dont want to sleep, dont want to park by your house, dont want working appliances, dont want cell reception, dont want cleanliness, move on in!!!!!! i guess its fun if you are really young but there are parties every night, neighbors are all loud, and the pool parties in the summer are obnoxious.

my roommate and i have lived here for like 6 months and we have put in over ten maintenance requests, sometimes they just get ignored but the office tells us they fix them.

BUT, the people in the office are actually very nice and helpful.

i just dont understand why people like living in this place' its gross and loud.

definitely dont live onthe bottom floor, your phone wont work and when the landscapers come they just sweep everything off the ground and steps onto your patio.

i hear my neighbors playing xbox all the time, opening their patio door, vacuumming, TVs next door, its flooded in our apartment, the fridge broke, the sink broke, the washer broke, get me OUT OF HERE!
oh hey-- five stars, i feel safe.
