Run, don't walk away from this place. Old building with old appliances and fixtures. Walls are NOT soundproof, the wood on the steps and balconies are chipped, broken, discolored, dirty and worn. The entry door is unaligned and and insecure and the bolt lock is weak. The blinds are discolored, cracked, broken, filthy, corroded and dried out. The washer and dryer, I believe was recalled over 20 years ago. The other appliances are old, dirty, chipped, cracked, NOISY, yellowed and work poorly. The bathroom and kitchen counters has burned marks, cracks, chips. The bathtub was so engrained with filth that it was beyond cleaningThe community is ungated and unsafe for single women. The management doesn't care about anything but their bottom line - money. Blame for the horrible conditions are placed on outside hired help. Check out their site on the Internet but beware - the pictures are obviously touched up and quite misleading. The grounds are old, cracked and in need of a facelift. This place is OVERPRICED!!!! By offering a FREE month's rent or waiving the fees, this complex is dabbling in the old "bait and switch" scheme. Renter's BEWARE and Run, not walk away from this DUMP!
