I found the location, grounds and staff to be pleasant. But, I had a 1000-ft 2 bedroom with 12-ft cathedral ceilings and it was $300 a month to keep the place 82 degrees in the summer. I could run the A/C all night and cool it down to 72-73 degrees and let it run all the next day and by early afternoon it would be 82. I tried to complain about it and they worked on it for a while, but finally I gave up as summer was ending. 2 vents in Apt #2012 blow absolutely nothing out of them and the place simply needs an A/C unit larger than 1.5-tons... Also, avoid anywhere near the front (NW corner) of the complex as you will have only 4 visitor parking spaces to serve many apts and 2 of them seem to be permanent motorcycle storage... Other than that I like living here. The fireplace was nice in the winter. It did seem like the hot water heater run out after like 10 min, and forget 2 people taking showers back to back... Most people seem to be happy here, so mine was probably an isolated incident. At any rate, DO avoid the 2nd-floor cathedral ceiling 2-bedrooms...
