parking is terrible, great location

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
If you own more than one car, or have frequent visitors, parking will be a huge problem. For the location, the rent is fair, and the landscaping is kept nice, unfortunatly the yardworkers like to start really early in the morning. Also, the hot water won't last more than a quick shower.
