Great location with access to SR 101 and grocery, Target, Walmart, ect. Nice layout of apartments with cute cubbies and interesting architecture -- I lived in a 2 bedroom 2 bath -- having the w/d outside is a bit of an inconveniece, but keeps the heat outside. . Overall, maintenence is ok -- they can take up to a week to respond to requests. Look at N/S exposure apartments -- the E/W ones are very hot in the summer with the sun beating in (I?ve lived in both). The leasing office is generally helpful. Updated fitness center is very small, but nice -- usually not very busy. Also -- ever since I moved in I had a problem with a humming A/C unit on the roof (I live next to a 2 BR with vaulted ceilings, and in the summer, their A/C runs all the time). Overall, I've had no major complaints.
