Scottsdale Foothills is okay. There is a big parking problem here, after 6pm, you're better off parking anywhere (everyone else does). There are lots of dogs and owners who do not clean up after them, so watch your step!

It's a quiet complex overall and there is hardly anyone at the pool ever. Social activities are for children mostly and neighbors keep to themselves.
