There are so many apartment complexes to choose from but you never know what you're going to get after you move in. I went into my first lease with Scottsdale Foothills with much hesitation, after owning a house. I have been pleasantly surprised with my experience and have lived here for two years. It is always very quiet which I appreciate more than anything. When I have a maintenance request the men respond quickly. When I have questions about my lease, Sara, the manager is always available to speak with me. I really didn't expect to be this satisfied.
