Not what its cracked up to be

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
Finally I can vent, When I maoved into Foothills the managers where my new friends. After two months I could hardly stand to walk by the office to get my mail. My water would often times be shut off without notice, sometimes in the morning. I had to buy jugs of water because my child couldnt even use the sink to brush her teeth! This is only the beginning. Managers proved to be VERY unfriendly.
