After ten years, since 1993, I moved into a house. I enjoyed living there so much that it was hard to leave. I read the rating before mine and I'm wondering if that person really lived there at all...It didn't sound like the staff that I know and definately not the manager who has been there for a long time. Sounds like who ever that was has never lived in Phoenix at all! I have been more than taken care of on any occasion where I may have had a problem or I wouldn't have stayed so long. As for the rating before that, there have been a few times where the water had to be shut off and it was an inconvenience for a few hours, but if you think about it, I'm sure they didn't shut it down just for fun! If there is a leak somewhere, managment really has no choice but to fix it right!!''

Anyway, I enjoyed my ten year stay at Scottsdale Foothills and plan to recommend it to anyone I know looking for an apartment!
