Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
It's been a year that i moved in. The staff are nice, sweet and polite. The manager is a pain.( I know that managers need to be tough, But they should also not make the tenants feel unwelcomed. ) She never ever listens.
Water outages without notices. Old appliances which takes a lot of electricity(Hefy bills).
The plastic on microwave(10 years old) door cracked. I had to pay for the new one. Unfair.
You would get a better place for the same money one is paying. I am moving out when the lease is over.
