Those who have commented on the poor disposition of this apartment complex, the lack of parking, the higher than average level of noise, the lack of respectful dog-owners (who seem to forget to clean up after them), and the maintenance staff that all seem to hate their lives and jobs are completely and totally correct.

The people who are commenting on how great this place is IS management of the property........in a vain attempt to bring up the ratings of this @#$% hole..........If you look at the last few comments.......you can tell that they are attempting to bring its overall rating up by giving it perfect grades in all aspects. Its funny how obvious it has become. How many people in the world do you know that take time out of their lives to write about what a great apartment complex they live in.........especially as bad as this one. I'm writing this because no one should make the same mistake I made.

This place is a joke and a sham. Don't let management's attempts at making up fake people fool you.......and I'm sure they'll respond to this by making up contact information for people or creating some lie to prove that those comments are real........but they're NOT! I've lived here long enough and will be moving out.

While management makes these attempts.......I do have to say that they are relatively respectable people in the office and I do like them. It's their maintenance staff that is the biggest joke. They are snide and rude.........they walk around with chips on their shoulders because they feel the whole world looks down upon them........and you know what.......they're right. Because their attitudes exemplify why they are working where they are.

As for the interior of the apartments........my dishes haven't been clean in 2 years (because the appliances are older than dirt), the ovens look like they just got off the set of The Brady Bunch, the kithen sink looks like a combo of bathroom and kitchen sinks, and the water sprinklers go off at the most in-opportune times ie.....as you're walking in from work.

If this were a good place to live........I probably would write a quick blurb on it being good and that's it..........But the fact of the matter is.........this place is absolutely horrible.

PS.......Whoever decided to allocate guest parking spaces really needs to return to logistics class........WHAT A JOKE! Additionally, there is an abundance of crime/break-ins to vehicles. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
