gone downhill fast

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004
 
Lately the pool has been closed half the summer (you can't even see the bottom-- YUCK!!!)-- the hot tubs work half the time and don't plan on getting a wink of sleep after 7am on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for the landscapers. Maybe they are under new management or need to be.
