These apartments look nice but when we first started residing there that is when the problems started.....

The first problem I had is with these coupons they gave you for a promotion they were having....we were going to space them out for every month, that way we had a system going with them *(they were $50 off coupons and they gave enough for every month)...well instead of asking us if we wanted to use all of them they just decided to use all of them for us and told us it was because of us moving in later on in the month why our rent was so cheap....basically messing with us...who does that''' Seriously...when you have a promotion..as a manager of an apartment complex....dont you think you want the rentee to forget about their coupons...not this place, they would rather make your life more difficult and use all of them for you at once...aghh!! At least we were able to get our deal.
On the bbq we saw an old, half smoked cigar sit on the grill for at least a month...gross!! Don't they take care of this kind of stuff....
While living there we saw the maintenance workers drop a refrigerator dowm stairs and broke a few appliances while trying to clean an empty apartment....nice workers!!
On top of this when we decided to move to California a couple months before our lease was up...we told the office that we were moving and if we could possibly break the lease..they said no and that only military members could do that...which was fine, but we did tell them that we were going to leave anyways and leave it vacant, but still pay rent...don't you think that is notice that we are not going to want to live there any longer''' Guess not...because now we are stil in a debate with them 4 months after our lease has been up to pay them all this money because we did not give them a written form saying we were no longer going to live there. Why did they not tell us that we needed to do that when we told them we were moving verbally'''...plus they have charged us with this pretty large fine for cleaning...hopefully it wasn't those same maintenance workers...or maybe they are overcharging to pay for broken appliances like the other apartment I talked about...who knows, but all I can say is that I have not had a worse experience anywhere else in my life.
