BIG, NASTY, FILTHY ROACHES! I urge you not to rent from this place. Please, I wish someone would have warnned me. I have made every attempt possible to rectify this problem with the management, however I was told the Landlord refuses to treat the sewers/spinkler systems just outside of my unit and therefore it is my problem-and what a problem it is. I have sent certified letters, called the Maricopa Co. health department and sited them on every article of the law I can. Still they do nothing! I also have had a gapeing hole located just over my entryway for 5 months(a sure portal for entry) that falling plaster, beams and paint continually litter the ground and make it look like a trashy slum instead of a nice North Scottsdale community. My airconditioner could second as a shower in the middle of the hallway and the mold is a sure health hazard. The women in the office should be ashamed of their apathy. It disgusts me in everyway to say that I live here. Go elsewhere or you too will be awoken at 2am by the buzz of a large sewer roach over you head!!!!!This place is nothing but a headache your locked into for the term of your lease or else you pay and exorbitant fee-almost three thousand $'s! I now know why they pointed that out upon signing our lease.

I used to live there and never had a problem with a roach infestation. Sewer roaches, yes, but "hello" they are everywhere in AZ. Especially if you have water and grass duh.
