Please make sure you see the real apartments before you rent, I was impressed with the model and once moved in the picture turn out very different, extremely old and beat up cabinetry and appliances. If you need more than one parking space you will have another surprise, absolutely no parking. The mail boxes are only located near the leasing offices, quite far from several apartments and if you happened to arrive at dusk get yourself a flash light.

Did I mentioned the late fee on the second of the month!!

You always have the ability to view your apartment prior to signing the lease. The model is EXACTLY the same as the rest of the units except for furnishings, of course. Apartment communities always have the mailboxes located in one area. Rent is due on the 1st and a $5 late fee is applied on the 2nd. I don't feel that $5 is excessive.
