Bad maintenance and rude management!!

I have been waiting now for four days in order to have the kitchen lights fixed and the old and broken bathroom accessories replaced.
The management is quite rude in special the assistant manager, there only pleasure and efficiency is to charge you late fees even when they change the payment methods without previous notice.

The assistant has a job to do which includes collection of timely rent payments. If you rent somewhere else, you will be expected to pay your rent on time as well.

I disagree with you on this one....The assistant manager is very nice along with the leasing agent....You probably attacked them in a bad manner, how do you expect them to respond. I disagree, the place has its problems but the help is very nice and consistent.
