The management is extremely rude and unsympathetic towards its residents. When I called about a water problem, the problem being that the water has been shut off at least once a week for the past month and a half, she denied that this has happened that frequently. She also thought it was unfair to expect them to notify residents when a MAIN water pipe has been broken and will not be fixed for the entirety of the day. She responded to my frustration regarding the lack of water on a 115 degree July day by saying, "How would you feel if I came to your door and told you to notify 360 residents'" In addition to the rude management, we have had many ants, roaches, and slow, if any, response to maintenance problems (one time my boyfriend finally went down to the office after several days and asked for the parts so he could fix the doorknob himself). The main pool is not maintained properly, even in the middle of summer. You would feel safer swimming in an abandoned pool in the most rundown neighborhood in center city Phoenix...and this is SCOTTSDALE!!! My boyfriend had his Jeep broken into twice, they do not keep the parking lights in working condition, something I see as a safety issue, and they do not have smoking/non-smoking residents grouped (so, good luck keeping your windows and doors open on nice days, unless you enjoy the smell of smoke). There are many other apartment complexes in Scottsdale from which to choose. I DO NOT recommend living here!

We can not notify all residents when it is an emergency water situation. We have 330 units, not 360, and if you are going to post a rating, please be honest. We do not enjoy shutting down the water. We have weekly pest control which is conducted each Monday. Please contact us if you wish to be put on the list. Our pools are inspected by Maricopa County on a regular basis and we do not have any pool issues. I apologize if the storms cause debris, however the pools are maintained properly. Smokers can not be descriminated against and that was a ridiculous comment. In addition, crime has no prejudice, it happens here just as it would happen anywhere else. If the lights aren't working in your area, please contact the office.

I do not think it is an outrageous request to throw a flier on the door of each apartment door - or at least by the mailboxes, or somewhere visible to all. I also do not think it is in huge task to issue standard pest control with each apartment lease. I believe this user is correct in her assumptions of your establishment, and I will thus look elsewhere because of it.
