Every single community is rated so badly in Scottsdale. Could every management team really be this bad' I don't think so. All of the problems people write about are all the same...It's like they read other reviews and repeat them OVER and OVER and OVER again. These people were probably late on the rent every month and are angry because they were forced to pay the rent they agreed to pay. And people are mad because they are being turned into condo's. They are mad the bushes are trimmed''' WHAT'''

I'm never getting on this website again...it's a joke.

By the way, I've loved living here for the past 3 years.

Typical letter from the management disguised as a tenant. Problems and I agree with you all the properties have, but is how you handle them that makes a difference. By the way, if you are so happy why are searching for this web site any way!!! This post should be deleted.
