I agree with some of the comments that the apartments are much older. But, they keep them up nicely. The major pain in the butt now is the condo conversion, this is very inconvenient for residents like myself. It is harder and harder to find a decent place to live. Overall, my repairs needed have been getting done good and the office staff is polite. They know what they are talking about when I ask them questions about my rent and the conversion. It is nice to see the stability and to see the same faces for the time I have been here. Rebecca is very helpful and Angela too. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
