This was our first try at an "A" property. Boy were we in for a surprise. Maintenance staff that, if they did show up, weaseled out of fixing anything and claimed that we didn't know what we were talking about. Grounds are restocked every night with coors cans and trash, dumpsters overflow at every opportunity. ---- roaches make their appearance every year from spring thru the fall. Keep your drains closed at all times! Seal up your windows, cabinets and patio doors to prevent APS from making any more profit. If you get a unit with a courtyard view (extra 5$ per month) make them plant flowers or get you a waterfall. Neighbors are pretty quiet and the concrete construction makes for quieter areas. However, you will hear your upstairs neighbors walk everywhere, as well as the bed hitting the wall every so often....
Parking sucks because everyone wants to park close to their apt and don't want to walk very far. Parking is better now that the condo sales have fallen off, but the rents are inflated to make up for poor sales. Current renters get out now before you end of paying 1000 or more for your 1 bedroom. By the way, for those of you who know the staff..... Angela and Rebecca are the same person (just depends on which day you talk to her).
