The entire management team is very unprofessional, non-courteous, and unaccomodating per their tenants needs. The product inside the apartments are very poor, outdated and cheap; from plumbing, appliances, cabinets, lighting, front doors, and "tenant" notification methods (i.e. leaving notes jammed-b/w the thermal seal and the door itself). They communicated terribly and do not return phone calls per "emergency" plumbing issues.
They have forgotten whom the customer is; and that they are suffering quite quickly from a poor-condo/apartment condo process. In fact, they didn't forget- they never knew. ANd, per the company not appreciating their current customers, they have failed to allow a positive-natural advertising hence current tenants "talking" to others to NOT rent/buy.
I am very disapointed; it has tremendous possibilies. But will never be per the poor unknowledgable management and staff.
