This place has really cleaned up since 2006. Almost all of the renters are out and the apartments have all been converted to condos. Brand new appliances and granite throughout.

You can put makeup on an ugly person, Its still an ugly person!! BEWARE!! This is another example of corporate greed and reasons for our economy. They paid cheap, "slapped some window dressing on" and asked for $200,000 bucks. I know for a fact that the apartment I was in, WHICH FLOODED, was simply carpet cleaned, painted and put up! After being sued from them and I having to countersue for damages, I left damaged as well.
