one of myneighbors took them to small claims court, failing to fix the hot water heater so it burst and ruined his clothes, i kept smelling my closet, my clothes were mildewed from the plumbing problem in my closet when i moved, they took two months to paint the apartment so that i could not move out thru my patio, had to take a week from work to get the heck outta there, then they tried to SUE me. once the maintenance main, big smelly tattooed guy who intimidated mgmt and never kept the pool clean, "repaired" my toilet with a safety pin --- lasted until 4 a.m. when I had overnight guests . . . . i could go on but reliving it is too horrible. my car was stolen from their lot. once a gang came thru the meadows while i was in the pool and cut off my exit into my apartment!
