It wasnt a great place, but wasnt a really bad place either. Our water heater went out, but was fixed promptly. The foriegn exchange students were kind of a pain though. They totally monopolized both pools, and so many would cram in that the filter couldnt keep up. As a result the water was a weird milky color all summer. My biggest complaint was the roach problem. I couldnt beleive I moved to Scottsdale and had roaches! There would be dead roach parts on the stove and we had to put everything in plastic or tupperware. I couldnt leave dry cat food out for my cat either. She had to fight the roaches to get something to eat. On the plus side, the grounds were nice and well kept. Management was nice to us. I dont think they could really do anything about the roach problem, as it was pretty out of control. The location is great. You are secluded, but are within walking distance of great stores, restaurants, Harkins cinema. If not for the bugs, I may have stayed longer.

We are getting ready to move to this complex in October and am curious to know if there is still a problem with roaches, the foreign exchange students, and people's vehicles getting broken into or stolen. Also curious to know what the noise levels are like. Any response would be appreciated. We are coming from a complex where we have had very minor problems and we are very nervous about moving here. If it weren't for the fact that our complex is being turned into condos we wouldn't be moving at all. Thanks for any advice/comments you might have.
