No security, autos stolen & vandalized.
Over-priced NOT luxurious complex. Low ceilings in halls, narrow doorways to bathrooms. Landscapers are clueless, creating many stumpy shrubs. When I viewed this 3-bedroom unit, I was impressed by the large blooming bouganvilla in front of unit. 1 month later, they cut it to 3'ft no blooms stating "for security"!
Other properties in North Scottsdale offer nicer more luxurious grounds & interiors. 80'sppliances work ok, oven don't recommend for roasting, tiny 2-shelf refrig ,Noisy A/C, paper-thin walls, u hear every unmentionable biologic event of neighbors! I asked for new carpet on move-in, thin, threadbear 1/4" pad. They cleaned it. Keep a stereo or TV on when eating to muffle neighbors. TRASH dumpsters area long ways. Both pools and spas were OUT of ORDER several times last summer. So, be smart find somewhere nicer, for $1200 ! Only maint. staff is exceptional and timely repairs, albeit often.
