Aside from the appliances being 25 years old and the A/C shaking the building whenever it's on, the biggest problem with these apartments is that it's the noisiest place I have ever lived. They have been doing "Improvements" the last year, making everyone strip their patio's several times for 8-10 days (no storage space means your furniture/plants end up in your laundry closet or the middle of your living room). They are always finding a reason for residents to accomodate them, for powerwashing, painting, cleaning the chimneys, landscaping, etc....it has been constant. This would not be so big of an issue if these projects were done in a timely fashion and according to schedule. The wiring is another problem..sockets were installed upside down, only half of the cable channels work because of the way the buildings were wired. The plumbing is horrible, and the landscapers milk the clock by blowing leaves and raking the rocks from 9am until 1pm every Monday. There are some really nice people living here, but there are also some major creeps as well...drugs, wannabe thugs, shady individuals. Spend your money somewhere else!

I agree with this person's review. Absolute worst place in ANY of Scottsdale's zip codes. We happen to live next to one of the biggest drug dealers in the comples - He is in #124 - the guy with the husky dog. Parties on his patios til very late hours; very rude and inconsiderate. Doesn't care that others may be trying to sleep at 11 p.m. or later. Pam Godsil is one of the worst Equity managers as she does nothing about the problem people.

I happen to be very fond of Scottsdale Meadows, and love the location. Yes, there are some noisy neighbors, but that's what you get when you live in an apartment COMMUNITY. I have my issues with minor cosmetic issues, but Pam Godsil is one of the best managers. I have lived in apartments across the country and she's by far my favorite! I'll miss you Scottsdale Meadows!

I am a current resident here at Scottsdale Meadows and I agree with Carrie! I have lived here for over "6" years and love it! I know about the apt #124 that is referenced (I live just across from that apt!) I have never had a problem with my neighbors and have never witnessed any drug related issues! Wow! Some people really need to get a life! The current and previous staff have always been great! Sorry that they are not as happy as I am to live at Scottsdale Meadows!

I have to agree with Carrie and "love". I live very close to 124 and I have never seen the stuff you are talking about. Pamela has always been very courteous to me and has taken care of any issues I've had. When I was moving to Scottsdale I looked at a lot of these reviews and I have to say to anyone else who might be looking at these that I have beeny happy living here and have felt 100% safe. My neighbors have all been extremely friendly. I think that Disgusted is really off base.
