You can definitely do better than Scottsdale Meadows for the price. Long time resident, only the location & maintenance are exceptionally good. The mgmt, lack of luxury interiors. Wait til the a/c starts running, NOISY so it blocks out your neighbors' noise. 2006 rent increased $200 to 400 according to a poll with neighbors. Simply NOT WORTH THE MONEY! The -----esque Pamela is totally unprofessional, poorly trained with anyone with disabilities. Moronic & pathetic, Lesley should be the manager, she's always professional & courteous while Pamela's the loud mouth opposite. Look elsewhere & safe yourself headache % dissappointment.
