I'm really surprised at all of the very recent negative feedback. I read a lot of these reviews before moving to this area and had I read the last few I might have missed out on a place this is very pleasant to live in.
Yes, you can hear your neighbors sometimes. It's an apartment. I cannot however as someone else said hear their bathroom activities.
Yes, they did recently paint. Moving a couple of plants in off of my patio was not the end of the world and the place does look better having been repainted.
The office staff has always been very courteous to me. I don't get all the comments about Pamela being a witch and Lesley being the salt of the earth. Both of them have been very pleasant to me. If anything I have found Lesley to be more rude than Pamela.
Maintenance staff - they are pretty quick to respond and they do fix things. Personally I think some of their repairs are a little half-assed. They seem to have the opinion that silicone and glue will fix everything instead of necessarily doing the job right. Don't get me wrong, the repairs work, but they aren't done with a great deal of quality.
The cable wiring is old. It works with a couple of "work arounds" but the place does need to be rewired.
As far as bugs - I haven't seen any.
The kithcen appliances are not brand new but all of them work and are in good condition. I like that the microwave is built in and that you have more counter space.
Overall I would say that it a good deal for an apartment in this area. It is incredibly convenient to a lot of things and is right in the middle between the 101 and the 51 so you can't beat the location.
I looked at a lot of apartments before moving to the area and I'm very happy with my choice.
One last comment about the rents - I have heard from neighbors that their rents have gone up considerably. Having recently moved and priced all of the apartments in the general vicinity the rent here is exactly in line with what all of the other properties were charing. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

Dude-I could hear bathroom activities too. I could hear people farting and one time I heard a girl sobbing. I could even hear peoples' conversations.
