I don't know how that cow Pam (the manager) looks at herself in the mirror everyday. She was so mean, one time she yelled at me, another time she cashed my rent check along with some others twice and didn't even pay our overdraft fees or say sorry. It took over 2 weeks for the mistake to be corrected. The list goes on. She can't keep any of her employees, they all quit because she is such a -----. Everybody that lives in that complex hates her, I wonder if she hates herself as much as everyone else does.

How does a check get cashed twice? A bank wouldn't let that happen, and would be responsible for allowing it to happen by mistake. Do they process your rent electronically? ...they need a check number if so. And again, the bank would be responsible for allowing the same check number to be cashed twice. Do you have your credit/check card on file that you use to pay your rent or something?

As a resident of Scottsdale Meadows, this negative review doesn't sound credible at all. Pam has gone so far as to organize a collection for a child in need at our apartments! The only time I've heard of Pam "yelling" at anyone was a tenant evicted from a trash filled apartment for not paying rent WHO HAD A NEGLECTED CHILD LIVING THERE. I don't always think the management here is 100% professional, but they go above and beyond in every other way and that makes it an incredibly nice complex to live in. Also, agreeing with the person above, the rent check scenario doesn't make sense at all... please learn basic banking practices before you make an attempt to lie about them.
