It is quite obvious that their is one person who really has it out for throwing mud at this place and especially the manager. The writing is the same and he keeps bringing up the same ole' issues.
I have been here for 2 months. My first weekend there, both my neighbors played music a bit loud. My brother was helping me move in and he kind of looked at me like, "What place is my sister moving into'" But, as soon as closed the door, I could not hear a thing. These apartments are older and built to a higher standard that those built today.
The management was the reason I decided to rent with Scottsdale Meadows. When I came to look at the apartment complex for the first time I got to see Pam in action. A contractor was speaking to her about a repair in an apartment. He told her that the resident asked for something special due to a physical limitation they had and she did not pause when she told him to go ahead and fix it for the resident.
Three additional people came in. All three of them stayed to chat with Pam. She was swamped with me wanting to look at an apartment and residents wanting to find postal packages for them. One resident even gave Pam a gift when I was there.
Community!!! If you are looking for an apartment you will be living in community with other people. People you don't know, yet. There will be some noise, there will be some broken items and there will be some crime. If you are looking for a perfect place, you won't find it this side of Heaven.
