I have lived there for a year now and this is the skinny. The places are older, appliances need to be updated in the near future. Theres not a lot of storage space, blinds are broken easy and most people blinds are broken. The parking there is bad. One space per place and hardly any extra spaces. There are cockroaches that come out of the pipes about the same time every year (if you own a home you see the same thing)... but thats the bad... the good is that you have a great location (can't be beat). There is little noise, looks nice when walking around, management staff is very helpful and will talk with you about things and not just write letters. the rent is decent price. I won't leave here because of the location. I like being here and if you all want to stop by and discuss anything I live in apt# 136. But, bring over a beer or two if you want me to talk. In the end its a nice place and all my friends like it and could just use better appliances and a little remodel and it would be perfect. Oh yeah the pools are not a hang out place and if you are looking to hang by the pool and see fine ladies thats not this place either. But, then again maybe thats why its not real noisy and stays clean.

The problem exists with updated units at "high end" condo conversions. They mask the problems and raise the rents. I don't think the market rents are correct. They need to make more quality, yet affordable apartments.
